2007/2008 was this group’s second formal season together. Our new kit sponsored by Robert Trindle arrived giving us the Balham Blazers distinctive look. We witnessed record numbers week in week out at training with our new coach Murray Saunders and were encouraged to undertake a number of friendlies with Fitz 4 Kids and Broomwood.
Spurred on by his influence and enthusiasm all our teams performed magnificently winning every friendly and in some instances by some margin.
This season we are entering two teams in to the Youth Saturday Football League on Tooting Common, Balham Blazers Football Club U10’s Colts and Eagles. We look forward to our first season of competitive football and welcome any involvement you wish to make into the club.
